We inspect your device and give you a quote before any work starts. If we find another problem during the repair, we check with you again before going ahead. Nothing is done without your approval.

Yes. Display repairs come with a 6-month warranty, and other repairs carry a warranty on the parts and labour we supply, depending on the repair. Full details are in our terms & conditions.

The warranty doesn’t cover new damage after the repair: drops, impacts or liquid. It is also void if the device is opened or repaired by someone else afterwards, or if software problems come from unauthorised apps or malware.

We use high-quality compatible replacement parts, or genuine original parts on request, subject to availability. Ask us when you get your quote.

Please back up your device before bringing it in. Some repairs, especially software flashing, motherboard work and water-damage recovery, carry a risk of data loss. If your phone won’t turn on and you can’t back it up, tell us and we’ll talk you through the options.

Often, yes. Our data recovery service can extract photos, contacts and files even from a board that won’t boot. Bring it in and we’ll inspect it first.

Switch it off, don’t charge it, and bring it in as soon as you can. We use ultrasonic chemical cleaning and motherboard diagnostics. Water damage can’t always be reversed, so the sooner we see it the better. Read what to do in the first five minutes.

Devices left uncollected for more than 90 days after we’ve told you they’re ready are treated as abandoned, as set out in our terms. If you need more time, call the store.
